San Antonio, Texas — According to state and local development sources, San Antonio River Authority plans to invest $35,509,687.00 to build out 57,243 square feet of new space in San Antonio. The company plans to occupy the new space at 201 W. Sheridan in San Antonio, on or about July 1, 2026. According to the company website San Antonio River Authority, created in 1937, is one of many such active river authorities in the State of Texas. Its jurisdiction covers 3,658 square miles – all of Bexar, Wilson, Karnes and Goliad Counties. Our Vision: Inspiring Actions for Healthy Creeks and Rivers.
