Orlando, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Nemours Children’s Health plans to invest $300,000,000.00 to build out 260,800 square feet of new space in Orlando. The company is creating 1000 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space in Orlando, on or about April 1, 2028.
