Frontieras North America plans new expansion project in West Virginia
Point Pleasant, West Virginia — According to state and local development sources, Frontieras North America plans to invest $850 Million to expand into new space in Point Pleasant. The company plans to occupy the new space in Point Pleasant, on or about May 1, 2028. According to the company website, Frontieras via it’s parent company owns proprietary patented technology that transforms coal, lignite, oil sands and waste plastics into: clean forms of carbon for environmentally-friendly steel manufacturing, hydrogen and natural gas, liquid transportation fuels, without drilling for crude, producing a technical carbon fuel that burns as clean as natural gas.
