Cedar Hill, Texas — According to state and local development sources, CT&S Metalworks plans to invest $3,336,760.00 to build out 25,442 square feet of new space in Cedar Hill. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1500 Edgefield Way in Cedar Hill, on or about September 1, 2026. According to the company website CT&S, which is an acronym for Construction, Technology, and Steel, is known for its quality of fabrication and installation; in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our numerous products and projects include steel, Corten steel, forged iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and bronze with painted, galvanized, powder-coated, or custom finishes. In business since 1994, CT&S is an AISC certified shop and our welders are certified to AWS standards. CT&S is certified by the North Texas Certification Agency as a Woman-owned business. The leadership of CT&S has over 100 years of experience in the Ornamental / Architectural Metal and Structural Steel Industry.
