Plano, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Capital One plans to invest $10.5 Million to build out 30,000 square feet of new space in Plano. The project consists of a 30,000 SF renovation of existing office and multi-purpose space, which will include new flooring, wall base and paint throughout, new lighting in renovated areas, new power/data, and new millwork.
