Baylor Scott & White Health plans a new $73 Million expansion project in Temple, Texas
Temple, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Baylor Scott & White Health plans to invest $73 Million to build out 98,700 square feet of new space in Temple. The project known as BSW Temple CAM Tower Expansion, is a vertical addition to existing tower on BSW Temple campus. Levels 6-8 will be built at the CAM South Tower, with 6-7 being shell space and 8 being a full build-out. Level 8 will consist of 28 Universal Care Rooms and support spaces. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2401 S 31st in Temple, on or about June 1, 2028. According to the company website Baylor Scott & White Health is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in the state of Texas. With total assets of $10.8 billion, Baylor Scott & White Health has the vision and resources to provide its patients and members continued quality care while creating a model system for a dramatically changing healthcare environment.
