Seattle, Washington — According to state and local economic development sources WaFd Bank plans to invest $4,200,000.00 to build out 24,500 square feet of new space in Seattle. The company plans to occupy the new space at 425 Pike St in Seattle, on or about May 1, 2021. According to the company website WaFd Bank is a national bank, but we’ve tried to act more like a reliable next door neighbor.
