Fort Worth, Texas — According to state and local development sources, UT Southwestern Medical Center plans to invest $85,000,000.00 to build out 65,000 square feet of new space in Fort Worth. The company plans to occupy the new space at 400 W Magnolia Avenue in Fort Worth, on or about December 1, 2027.
