Greensboro, North Carolina — According to state and local development sources, University of North Carolina at Greensboro plans to build out new space in Greensboro. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1004 Spring Garden Street in Greensboro, on or about April 1, 2027. According to the company website UNC Greensboro is a learner-centered, public research university with eight colleges and schools offering more than 150 areas of undergraduate and graduate study. UNCG is recognized nationally for helping first-generation and lower-income students achieve paths to prosperity. Located near downtown Greensboro, N.C., the states third-largest city, and founded in 1892 as a college for women, UNCG is one of the original three institutions that formed the UNC System in 1932.
