TOMS Appoints Katie Wagner as Chief Commercial Officer, Strengthening Global Growth Strategy
LOS ANGELES, CA — December 2, 2025 — TOMS today announced the appointment of Katie Wagner as the company’s new Chief Commercial Officer, a pivotal leadership role overseeing all global sales channels, including Wholesale Sales & Operations, eCommerce, and Marketplaces. Wagner steps into the position following a successful advisory period guiding the brand’s wholesale strategy and brings nearly two decades of commercial leadership experience from her time at Crocs and HEYDUDE. In those roles, she led major teams and drove significant growth across the global footwear industry.
As CCO, Wagner joins TOMS’ esteemed executive team, partnering closely with cross-functional leadership to strengthen the brand’s go-to-market strategy and deepen marketplace presence. Combining her impressive footwear background with a familiarity of the TOMS brand, she’ll lead the charge as the company enters its next chapter of product-led, purpose-forward expansion.
“I had the great fortune of working with Katie at both Crocs and Melissa, so I know first-hand her unmatched ability to transform and build world-class footwear businesses,” said TOMS Chief Executive Officer, Jessica Alsing. “Katie is unrivaled in building commercial relationships, laying a strong strategic foundation for sales, and bringing a creative approach to how she thinks about the omni-channel consumer experience. I’m delighted to be working with her again.”
Wagner’s senior leadership roles at Crocs and HEYDUDE played a significant part in driving transformational growth for both brands. During her tenure, she managed multi-hundred-million dollar portfolios, scaled major regional businesses and doubled revenue in key markets. Known for her disciplined execution and consumer-centric mindset, her expertise lies in strengthening partnerships and building high-performing cross-functional teams. Wagner’s accomplished track record makes her the ideal leader to help TOMS improve operating performance and unlock new opportunities for brand expansion.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the team shaping the next chapter of this iconic brand,” exclaimed Wagner. “I’ve been a fan of TOMS shoes for so many years and I’m delighted to be working to reignite its brand relevance, apply a unified marketplace approach, and usher in a more modern distribution strategy just in time for the company’s 20th anniversary.”
Wagner’s appointment reinforces TOMS’ commitment to modern commercial excellence and sets the foundation for accelerated growth heading into 2026 and beyond.
Wagner will be in New York City from December 1–5 for the FFANY trade show and market week, where she’ll be available for interviews, editor conversations, and showroom walk-throughs alongside TOMS CEO Jessica Alsing and Chief Brand & Impact Officer Amber Tarshis.
