Burleson, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Texas Health Huguley Hospital plans to invest $3,400,000.00 to build out 115,000 square feet of new space in Burleson. The company plans to occupy the new space at 11801 South Freeway in Burleson, on or about October 1, 2023. According to the company website Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South opened in 1977 as a member of Adventist Health System, the largest not-for-profit Protestant health care organization in the U.S. In 2012, Texas Health Resources and Adventist Health System formed a partnership to own Texas Health Huguley Hospital, with Adventist Health System managing the daily operations of the hospital. And in 2016, Texas Health Huguley opened a beautiful new hospital. Operated by Adventist Health System, Texas Health Huguley continues the tradition of healthcare that recognizes that total health is achieved through the proper balance of physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being. Located on I-35W in south Fort Worth, Texas Health Huguley is licensed for more than 350 beds.
