St. Mark’s School of Texas to spend $5 Million to occupy 19,500 square feet of space in Dallas Texas.

Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, St. Mark’s School of Texas plans to invest $5,000,000.00 to build out 19,500 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 10600 Preston Road in Dallas, on or about August 1, 2025. According to the company website St. Mark’s School of Texas is a non-sectarian, college-preparatory, independent day school for boys in grades one through twelve. The School’s charter states that it is “designed to afford its students well-rounded physical, intellectual, moral, and religious training and instruction.” We intend the School to be a diverse community of teachers and students who share a love of learning and who strive for high achievement in whatever they undertake.
