Charlotte, North Carolina — According to state and local development sources, Siemens Energy plans to invest $421,000,000.00 to build out 1,000,000 square feet of new space in Charlotte. The company plans to occupy the new space at 101 Siemens Ave in Charlotte, on or about May 1, 2027.
