Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Sempra LNG plans to invest $11,612,500.00 to build out 69,000 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1500 Post Oak Blvd in Houston, on or about August 1, 2021.
