New Braunfels, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Seguin Independent School District plans to invest $45,000,000.00 to build out 1,089,000 square feet of new space in New Braunfels. The company plans to occupy the new space at 6625 FM 725 in New Braunfels, on or about September 1, 2026. According to the company website Seguin Independent School District is located 30 minutes east of San Antonio and 50 minutes southwest of Austin in the growing community of Seguin in Central Texas. Seguin ISD is the largest school district in Guadalupe County and encompasses 365 square miles. It serves approximately 7,000 pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade students and employs more than 1,000 staff including 466 teachers.
