Schematic Research has filed a notice of an exempt offering of securities to raise $10,320,000.00 in New Funding.

August 28, 2026 Craig Etkin

According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Schematic Research is raising up to $10,320,000.00 in new funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.

About Schematic Research
Schematic Research is a technology company focused on building Schematic, a platform that uses artificial intelligence to help people design and build hardware projects. According to its website, Schematic acts like a cursor for hardware, letting users describe what they want in natural language and then automatically generating the necessary code, wiring schema, and other implementation details needed to assemble the project. The companys primary activity is providing an AI-powered environment where users can prototype and iterate on electronics and hardware ideas much more quickly than with traditional manual design tools. By positioning itself as an accessible, prompt-driven tool for hardware development, Schematic Research aims to lower the barrier to entry for complex hardware projects and accelerate innovation for both hobbyists and professionals. The site highlights the products emphasis on end to end support from high level concept through detailed schematics and wiring instructions signaling Schematic Researchs ambition to become a central tool in modern hardware design workflows.
