San Antonio, Texas — According to state and local development sources, San Antonio Water System plans to invest $5,700,000.00 to build out 7,771 square feet of new space in San Antonio. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1104 Mauermann Road in San Antonio, on or about December 1, 2025. According to the company website San Antonio Water System provides water and wastewater services to more than 1.8 million consumers in the San Antonio region. SAWS is the national leader in water innovation with the largest direct recycled system in the country, the largest groundwater based Aquifer Storage & Recovery facility in the nation and was the first in the U.S. in converting methane gas to energy, making this wonderful cityWaterful. The San Antonio Water System is the largest drinking water and sewage utility in Bexar County, Texas, USA.
