Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Richardson Independent School District plans to invest $120 Million to build out 200,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7630 Arapaho Rd. in Dallas, on or about August 1, 2028. According to the company website, Founded in 1854, Richardson ISD is located in Dallas County, includes most of the city of Richardson, and portions of the cities of Dallas and Garland. RISD is comprised of 54 campuses that serve more than 39,600 students.
