Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) plans to invest $1,320,000.00 to build out 11,500 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 909 Fannin St, Suite 1900 in Houston, on or about April 1, 2021. According to the company website The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) charters, regulates, and supervises all national banks and federal savings associations. The OCC also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Our goal in supervising banks and federal savings associations is to ensure that they operate in a safe and sound manner and in compliance with laws requiring fair treatment of their customers and fair access to credit and financial products.
