Following the smart access leader’s entrance into the U.S. market, Schnitzer’s appointment marks continued North American expansion.
Nuki, a leader in smart access solutions, today announced the appointment of Courtney Schnitzer as U.S. Country Manager, where she’ll lead business growth and strategic development across the North American market.
Following Nuki’s launch into the U.S. smart lock market in July 2025, the company has focused on expanding its brand presence and product offerings for homeowners, renters, property managers, real estate professionals, and short-term rental hosts. In her new role, Schnitzer will spearhead efforts to further establish Nuki as a recognized household name in the United States while accelerating the company’s growth strategy and market partnerships.
Schnitzer brings a diverse professional background spanning architecture, construction, marketing, advertising, digital product development, and business strategy. Her expertise aligns with Nuki’s design and technology-driven approach to smart access innovation.
“Our Nuki family is thrilled to have Courtney join our team as U.S. Country Manager,” said CEO and co-founder Martin Pansy. “Her unique experience with business development and growth, alongside her passion for smart access solution innovation, will be paramount to our company’s growth in the United States and Europe.”
Prior to joining Nuki, Schnitzer served as the Executive Director of Partnerships at Moodley Interactive (Graz/USA), where she helped bridge business opportunities between Europe and the United States. Previously based in Palo Alto and San Francisco, she held leadership and project development roles across multiple industries.

Schnitzer graduated from Princeton University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. With Schnitzer leading U.S. market development, Nuki is poised to further strengthen its presence in the smart home industry.
