Nueces County to spend $5 Million to occupy 7,000 square feet of space in Corpus Christi Texas.
Corpus Christi, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Nueces County plans to invest $5 Million to build out 7,000 square feet of new space in Corpus Christi. The company plans to occupy the new space at 15820 S. Padre Island Drive in Corpus Christi, on or about June 1, 2027. According to the company website Nueces County, including the entire area south of Bexar County west to the Rio Grande and east to the Gulf of Mexico, was formed from San Patricio County in 1846 and organized the same year. Corpus Christi, which was incorporated in 1846, became the county seat.
