Chicago, Illinois — According to state and local development sources, Northeastern Illinois University plans to invest $125,400,000.00 to build out 189,673 square feet of new space in Chicago. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5500 North St. Louis Avenue in Chicago, on or about May 1, 2027.
