Mind Robotics has raised $400 Million in new Funding
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Mind Robotics has raised $400 Million in new funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
Investors in the current round of funding include: Meritech Capital, Redpoint Ventures, SV Angel, Incharge Capital, A-Star Capital, and Garuda Ventures, Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, Eclipse, Prysm Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, and Greenoaks.
About Mind Robotics
Mind Robotics is an industrial robotics company focused on building intelligent, Physical AI-powered robots for real-world factory deployment, starting with the automotive manufacturing floor. The company believes the fastest path to broadly capable robots is to operate in clearly defined, high-impact environments, and therefore targets the most demanding setting first: the factory floor. Through a strategic partnership with Rivian, Mind Robotics gains production-scale data from active manufacturing lines, creating a powerful data flywheel that enables rapid iteration and improvement of its systems with a customer ready to deploy at scale. Rather than building single-task machines, Mind Robotics is developing a generalizable platform that leverages modern advances in Physical AI to handle core tasks across multiple manufacturing domains. Its robots are designed as a safe, collaborative platform that can work alongside humans, with the goal of mastering automotive manufacturing today to eventually serve every major industrial vertical in the future.
