Miami, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Miami-Dade County plans to build out new space in Miami. The company plans to occupy the new space in Miami, on or about June 1, 2026. According to the company website Miami-Dade County, Florida is the most populous county in the southeastern United States. Miami-Dade County is often referred to as the Gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean. The Countys estimated population as of July 2015 is 2,693,117.
