This acquisition adds world-class assets, including a 30% position in the Guyana Stabroek Block with over 11 billion barrels of oil equivalent discovered recoverable resource, and 463 thousand net acres of high-quality inventory in the Bakken shale, to Chevron’s diversified global portfolio.
