Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Medistar plans to invest $7,000,000.00 to build out 48,466 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 16850 Buccaneer Lane in Houston, on or about July 1, 2020. According to the company website Medistar Corporation develops medical facilities and related buildings that are modern, beautiful, economical and efficient. Healthcare has been Medistar’s primary focus for over 45 years: from pioneering the development of outpatient-centered integrated medical plazas in the early 1980s to developing a robust array of advanced, adaptable facilities that meet the increasingly complex needs of providers and patients across the continuum of care of today.
