Mafix has filed a notice of an exempt offering of securities to raise $6,400,128.00 in New Funding.

August 27, 2026 Craig Etkin

According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Mafix is raising up to $6,400,128.00 in new funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.

About Mafix
Mafix describes itself as a fast-acting soil additive company focused on restoring soil health, boosting crop yields, and permanently capturing CO from the atmosphere. The company says its product delivers measurable climate impact and profitable crop gains within the first growing season, positioning it as a scalable solution for sustainable agriculture. On its about page, Mafix explains that its fertilizer increases plant-available silicon, modulates soil pH, and improves soil health while storing carbon. It says the product is applied annually as a granular fertilizer and fits existing farming practices without specialized equipment. Mafix also states that its proprietary mineral conversion process unlocks abundant minerals, with results including crop yield increases of up to 50% and removal of up to 1 net ton of CO per ton of fertilizer applied within a single growing season.
