Luxury Presence Secures $37M Raise for Presence® CRM, the First AI Relationship Engine That Finds Hidden Deals in Real Estate Agents’ Networks

January 14, 2026 Craig Etkin

– Led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from NextEquity, GSBackers, and several existing backers, the investment will accelerate the launch of Presence® CRM and strengthen Luxury Presence’s broader AI platform, which unifies marketing, predictive deal insights, and client engagement into a single, agent-branded growth system –

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Luxury Presence, the leading growth platform trusted by over 87,000 residential real estate agents and brands, today announced the successful close of its Series C round for $22M in equity financing. The round was led by repeat lead investor Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from NextEquity, GSBackers, TPC, and Adam and Jade Mills. In addition to the Series C raise, the company also secured a $15M debt facility from J.P. Morgan, bringing the total raise to $37M.

Luxury Presence’s new funding will be used to accelerate the development of Presence® CRM, the first AI relationship engine that transforms an agent’s sphere into a proactive source of new business. This approach is purpose-built for high-performing agents whose businesses depend on strong personal brands and long-term client relationships.

Unlike traditional CRMs that require data entry and function primarily as organizational tools, Presence® CRM is a System of Action. It unites an agent’s contacts, social media followers, communication history, website activity, and information from any other CRM with third-party data to enrich every relationship in real time. The system updates property records, tracks meaningful life events such as job changes, and predicts net worth shifts to surface who is most likely to enter the real estate market, often before they take their first visible action.

Using Luxury Presence’s proprietary Presence® AI, the CRM continuously identifies timely moments to reach out and drafts the texts, emails, and call prompts as personal and on-brand messages. Agents receive a focused daily feed showing who matters most today, why they matter, and the exact action to take next. This is especially powerful for luxury agents, whose businesses depend on nurturing a high-value sphere over many years with on-brand and well-considered touchpoints.

“High-performing agents have years of business buried in their existing contacts and digital rolodexes,” said Malte Kramer, Founder & CEO of Luxury Presence. “Presence® CRM brings those opportunities to the surface and shows every agent exactly what to do next. Traditional CRMs need to be fed. This is the first system that feeds the agent.”

Driving a New Era of Growth for Real Estate Agents

In an industry representing $1.5 trillion in annual transactions nationally (Federal Reserve) and over four million licensed professionals (ARELLO), this fundraise positions Luxury Presence to accelerate a new era of growth for high-performing and luxury agents, powered by trusted AI and the scale of Luxury Presence’s platform. Rather than focusing on task automation, Luxury Presence’s AI platform gives agents a measurable performance advantage by expanding their reach, elevating their brand, and generating more visibility, leads, and clients across the entire relationship lifecycle. The system draws on nearly 700 million annual interactions and more than 15 billion data points captured across the platform.

According to the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 Technology Survey, 82% of agents reported their clients responded positively to the integration of technology in the buying and selling process. With rising client expectations, systems such as Presence® CRM give agents a clear advantage by converting previously unused data into meaningful insights, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing overall service.

“We’ve seen Luxury Presence evolve from a trusted tech provider to the category-defining growth platform for real estate agents,” said Byron Deeter, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. “By unifying proprietary data with AI designed for the nuances of real estate, they’re giving agents a compounding advantage and turning existing relationships into their most powerful growth engine. With Presence® CRM, Luxury Presence’s vision has the potential to transform one of the world’s largest and oldest industries.”

Since its Series B-1 raise in 2023, Luxury Presence has rapidly grown, achieving over 110% ARR growth while releasing a series of AI capabilities designed to accelerate agent success. Agents on the Luxury Presence platform now grow six times faster and close nearly three times more transaction volume than other agents in the same markets.

With 17,000 real estate businesses as clients; more than $85 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR); and $450 billion in annual transaction volume across more than 400,000 listings, Luxury Presence is uniquely positioned to deliver the unified platform agents rely on to grow their businesses.

Presence® CRM will be included with all plans on the Presence® Platform and will start rolling out in February 2026. For more information about Presence® CRM, and to join the waitlist, visit luxurypresence.com/crm.

Flex has closed a $60 million Series B equity round led by Portage, bringing total equity raised to $105 million. In the last year, the company has quadrupled revenue and tripled its payments volume to $3 billion as it scales its all-in-one business and personal finance platform for high-net-worth middle-market business owners. Running a profitable middle-market business has become one of the most complex financial jobs in America, with owners often juggling more than ten disconnected systems to manage their money. Flex was created to give these high net worth owners a single place to run both their business and personal finances. This latest $60 Million equity round, followed by its $200 Million debt and $25 Million equity raise announced earlier this year, builds on a period of rapid hypergrowth. In just 12 months, Flex has grown revenue fourfold and increased annualized total payments volume from $1 billion to $3 billion across a suite of products, positioning Flex as one of the fastest-growing fintech companies at scale with best-in-class capital efficiency.

Flex is building the category-defining company solving this gap for high net worth business owners with a five-pillar strategy built around private credit, a business finance stack, a personal finance stack, payment solutions, and an ERP built for middle market businesses. These customers now use an average of four or more Flex products. Flex’s Business Credit Card, which provides 60-day float on every transaction, has been a major driver of adoption, acting as the wedge into deeper financial operations. Once owners experience the benefits of the Flex Credit Card, they often go on to adopt Flex’s banking, payments, working capital, and expense management tools to replace fragmented legacy systems. This integrated model has allowed Flex to scale with high efficiency and has created a strong foundation for its expansion into personal finance.

Launched in 2023, Flex a Flexbase Technologies brand is the AI Native “Private Bank” for high net worth business owners in the middle market. Flex is building the category-defining company solving this gap for high net worth business owners with a five-pillar strategy built around private credit, a business finance stack, a personal finance stack, payment solutions, and an ERP built for middle market businesses. Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape. Trillions of dollars in infrastructure, from energy projects and advanced manufacturing to data centers and critical mineral facilities, must be built in the next decade. But large construction projects are slower and more expensive today than they were half a century ago. Unlimited Industries, a California-based company using AI to rethink how infrastructure gets built, has raised $12 million in seed funding to change that. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with participation from leading industry investors. The capital will accelerate Unlimited’s expansion and further develop its proprietary AI platform – one designed to make large-scale engineering and construction faster, cheaper, and more ambitious.

Unlike traditional construction firms or standard software companies, Unlimited is an AI-native construction company that both designs and builds. Its proprietary platform can generate and evaluate hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel, automatically identifying optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. By integrating AI-driven design with its own vertically integrated engineering and construction teams, Unlimited eliminates the costly handoffs and misaligned incentives that have defined the industry for decades.

In a statement Alex Modon, Co-Founder and CEO of Unlimited Industries said, “Advances in AI mean we can finally build the physical world the way we build software.” “The traditional construction model is slow, brittle, and fundamentally misaligned. Our approach replaces static design choices with a dynamic, data-driven process that learns from every project. The result is faster, cheaper, and more successful projects.”

Unlimited is an AI-native construction company headquartered in San Francisco. Today, the company designs and builds across energy infrastructure, data centers, critical minerals, and advanced manufacturing, helping developers build with greater speed, ambition, and efficiency. Their mission is to build a future of radical physical abundance by automating construction end-to-end. The company was founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan.
