The project known as Lockheed – Bldg.001 East Mezzanine consists of a 110 SF entry addition on level 01. 9,489 SF of mechanical & electrical room and 30,000 SF of office renovation in the mezzanine level. Lockheed Martin plans to occupy the new space at 1701 W Marshall Dr. in Grand Prairie, on or about June 1, 2027.
