Grand Prairie, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Lockheed Martin plans to invest $6,500,250.00 to build out 39,599 square feet of new space in Grand Prairie. The project known as Lockheed – Bldg.001 East Mezzanine consists of a 110 SF entry addition on level 01. 9,489 SF of mechanical & electrical room and 30,000 SF of office renovation in the mezzanine level. Lockheed Martin plans to occupy the new space at 1701 W Marshall Dr. in Grand Prairie, on or about June 1, 2027.
