Sonora, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Lillian Hudspeth Memorial Hospital plans to invest $2,000,000.00 to build out 5,322 square feet of new space in Sonora. The company plans to occupy the new space at 308 Hudspeth Street in Sonora, on or about May 1, 2027. According to the company website, Lillian M. Hudspeth Memorial Hospital was founded in 1947 by Roy H. Hudspeth as a tribute to his late wife Lillian. From humble beginnings, the hospital has grown to serve Sutton County for decades.
