Chesterfield, Virginia — According to state and local economic development sources LEGO Group plans to invest $1,000,000,000.00 to build out 1,700,000 square feet of new space in Chesterfield. The company plans to occupy the new space at Meadowville Technology Park in Chesterfield, on or about March 1, 2025.
