Judgment Labs has raised $32 Million in new Series A Funding
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Judgment Labs has raised $32 Million in new Series A funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
Investors in the current round of funding include: Lightspeed Venture Partners, Nova Global, SV Angel, Valor Equity Partners, and Dynamic.
About Judgment Labs
Judgment Labs is a company focused on building a continuous-improvement stack for AI agents, helping teams monitor, evaluate, and improve how their agents behave in real-world use. It automatically tracks both agent and user behaviors, surfacing recurring issues so organizations can catch model drift, regressions, and other failures before they become serious problems. The platform emphasizes judgment-oriented evaluation rather than relying only on traditional metrics, enabling richer insight into whether agents are acting reliably, safely, and in line with business goals. By providing infrastructure that turns raw interaction data into actionable feedback loops, Judgment Labs positions itself as a core layer in the production AI stack for companies deploying agents at scale. Its offering is aimed at teams that want to move beyond one-off testing toward continuous, automated oversight of their AI agents performance and quality.
