The office facility project, located at 9900 Katy Freeway, is roughly 12 miles west of downtown Houston, and calls for the interior renovations and overall finish upgrades for an existing JP Morgan Chase Houston call center. Collaborate Architects is the design firm for the project, which is expected to be completed in 2027.
