Joyful Health has raised $17 Million in new Series A Funding
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Joyful Health has raised $17,000,000.00 in new funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
About Joyful Health
Joyful Health is building the financial operating system for healthcare providers. The company connects fragmented systems across the revenue cycle to create a single source of financial truth – enabling claim-level investigation, denial intelligence, and automated recovery workflows. We are Joyful Health – a team of RCM and technology experts with one shared goal of getting you paid. We believe that providers should not have to spend their time and energy fighting for every dollar. We will go to bat for you. We’re experts in recovering the revenue that others struggle to collect. While many practices handle claim submission in-house, we focus exclusively on the hardest part: following up on denials and aged claims. We believe healthcare providers deserve to be paid for their work. We tackle the tough, unglamorous work of revenue recovery with determination and grit, treating every dollar as if it were our own. We earn trust by delivering results. We’re transparent about our work, clear in our communication, and accountable for our outcomes. You’ll always know exactly where your money is and what we’re doing to recover it. Healthcare revenue is complex – working with us shouldn’t be. We remove complexity rather than adding to it, providing clear solutions and straightforward communication every step of the way. We’re building lasting partnerships, not quick fixes. We invest in understanding your unique challenges and goals, adapting our solutions to help you succeed not just today, but for years to come.
