JERA Americas to spend $2,500,000.00 to occupy 24,560 square feet of space in Houston Texas.

Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources JERA Americas plans to invest $2,500,000.00 to build out 24,560 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1000 Main Street Suite 3100 in Houston, on or about August 1, 2022. According to the company website JERA Americas is pursuing disciplined growth with a goal of becoming a leading owner of contracted and merchant gas-fueled and renewable generating facilities in North America. JERA also owns 50% of the Freeport LNG Terminal 1 and is responsible for long-term gas procurement and asset management strategy.
