James Liow Named New SVP of Operations for OmniOn Power™
Liow brings extensive operations leadership, multisite manufacturing, and digital transformation experience to OmniOn Power.
Further strengthening its leadership team, OmniOn PowerTM (OmniOn) today announced the appointment of James Liow as its new Senior Vice President of Operations. With more than 30 years of experience leading large, multisite manufacturing and supply chain organizations across North America and Asia, Liow has developed deep expertise in operational excellence, scaling complex operations, and building high-performance teams in highly regulated and demanding environments.

Prior to joining OmniOn, Liow served as the Chief Operating Officer at California Electronic Asset Recovery (CEAR), where he led significant operational and digital transformation initiatives that improved recovery yield, strengthened compliance, and increased profitability. His previous leadership roles also included overseeing global operations, merger and acquisition integration, and enterprise process standardization at Reconext, NEOTech, and Solectron. Liow holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
