Itera has raised $12 Million in new Funding
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Itera has raised $12 Million in new Angel/Seed funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
Investors in the current round of funding include: Upfront Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, and Colle Capital.
About Itera
Itera is a deep-tech company that enables engineers to test and refine real electronic hardware designs in seconds using fluid, liquid-metal based circuit technology, breaking the traditionally slow, iterative loop of hardware development. Its platform lets customers start with their actual designs and components rather than simulations, assembling them on reconfigurable liquid metal substrates at secure testing centers so circuits can be rewired and re-tested in under a minute. By providing real-time prototyping with comprehensive test equipment and full circuit visibility, Itera aims to bring software-speed iteration to hardware, dramatically reducing development time and the cost and waste associated with conventional PCB prototyping. Positioned at the intersection of advanced materials, electronics, and rapid prototyping, the company targets organizations that need to accelerate innovation in complex electronic systems while maintaining reliability and security. Through this model, Itera is shaping a new market niche for instant, hardware-in-the-loop experimentation, helping teams move from months of waiting to moments of discovery in electronic product development.
