Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Hyatt plans to invest $32,000,000.00 to build out 95,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2400 Global Drive in Dallas, on or about May 1, 2021. According to the company website Hyatt Hotels Corporation, headquartered in Chicago, is a leading global hospitality company.
