Longview, Texas — According to state and local development sources, HOLT CAT plans to invest $1,500,000.00 to build out 9,856 square feet of new space in Longview. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2210 Legacy Pkwy. in Longview, on or about June 1, 2027.
