Weatherford, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Holiday World RV plans to invest $4 Million to build out 31,901 square feet of new space in Weatherford. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3009 E Bankhead Hwy in Weatherford, on or about December 1, 2027. According to the company website Nearly 30 years ago, in September of 1996, our founder, Michael Peay, formed Holiday World of Houston with two Houston dealerships. The two dealerships were located on less than four acres combined. In 1999, recognizing the increasing need for RV services and future growth, he purchased 57 acres in Katy, Texas. In 2000, the new state-of-the-art Katy dealership opened and is currently home to Holiday Worlds headquarters and our largest dealership. In 2026, we will welcome two new stores to the family: Amarillo, TX & Weatherford, TX. Holiday World is an RV dealership serving the greater Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and New Mexico markets.
