Plainview, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Hale County plans to invest $40,000,000.00 to build out 75,534 square feet of new space in Plainview. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1900 S. Columbia St. in Plainview, on or about December 1, 2027. According to the company website Hale County is a county located in the U.S. State of Texas. As of the 2010 census, its population was 36,273. The county seat is Plainview. The county was created in 1876 and Organized in 1888. It is named for Lt. John C. Hale, a hero of the Battle of San Jacinto.
