Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Goldman Sachs plans to invest $1,597,470.00 to build out 7,607 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2001 Ross Ave Suite 400 in Dallas, on or about April 1, 2023.
