Atlanta, Georgia — According to state and local economic development sources Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center plans to invest $2,298,000.00 to build out 124,979 square feet of new space in Atlanta. The company plans to occupy the new space at 800 Spring St NW in Atlanta, on or about September 1, 2020.
