Further Technology has filed a notice of an exempt offering of securities to raise $8 Million in New Funding.
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Further Technology is raising up to $8,000,000.00 in new funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
About Further Technology
The Further team began in senior living running a third party lead generation website that helped families find senior living options. While running this website, we constantly tested new approaches to engage with prospects, and one of the experiments we tried was a chatbot. The success of the chatbot was so immediate and obvious, the team realized we could have a much bigger impact by bringing a solution directly to senior living operators. Over the past four years, we’ve continuously improved our platform. We have added more automation, increased performance, and streamlined workflows to guide more families to tour, and eventually move into the communities we work with. We drive more performance for our customers by optimizing, tweaking and improving the buyers’ journey. We improve everything we can on behalf of sales and marketing teams, measuring everything to ensure that our experiments and improvements are making a positive impact. As Further has expanded its product offering from a chatbot, to conversational webforms, phone, sms and email, one thing has remained a constant focus: driving more performance. When you work with Further we promise that we will not stop pushing your performance forward. Further is a performance solution, and it is our job to constantly drive better outcomes for our customers and the famillies they serve.
