Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, DHA plans to invest $1,000,000.00 to build out 8,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3939 N. Hampton Road in Dallas, on or about June 1, 2024. According to the company website DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas provides quality, affordable housing and supportive services to low-income families and individuals through the effective and efficient administration of housing assistance programs across seven North Texas counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant. The agency aims to create opportunities for participants to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence. DHA provides housing opportunities to 55,700 people through its housing programs. DHA is the 8th largest Housing Choice Voucher program in the nation and the 10th largest public housing agency in the nation. DHA believes that communities are stronger when everyone has a chance to thrive. Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape.
