Schertz, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources DH Pace Company, Inc. plans to invest $368,700.00 to build out 4,714 square feet of new space in Schertz. The company plans to occupy the new space at 17750 Lookout Road, Suite 395 in Schertz, on or about September 1, 2021. According to the company website DH Pace is a national company that has been providing dock and door related products and services to home and business owners since 1926. Our mission is to improve the safety, security and convenience of buildings in the communities we serve. We fulfill this mission by installing, maintaining and servicing all types of door, docking and security systems. We have been serving customers since 1926, and today our services are offered nationwide with emergencies handled promptly anytime, day or night.
