Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) plans to invest $266,459,870.00 to build out 426,406 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2040 N. International Parkway in Dallas, on or about June 1, 2026. Central Terminal Area Renovation Terminals C and A. Part of the project consists of new construction to add a Pier on the North Skylink side of the Terminal providing a total of 9 gates (5 new gates, plus 4 existing gates to be reconfigured). Terminal A Renovations: Part of the project consists of the renovation of existing spaces on Ramp and Concourse levels based on new program. Package A12 – Terminal A Renovations: Project consists of the renovation of existing spaces to accommodate a new Bag Claim carousel on Concourse level. Project also consists of new construction to add a Pier on the South Skylink side of the Terminal providing a total of 10 gates (6 new gates, plus 4 existing gates to be reconfigured). DFW Airport customers can choose among 153 domestic and 56 international nonstop destinations worldwide. DFW is elevating the customer experience with modernized facilities and updated amenities, as well as through a $2.7 billion Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program to renovate its four original terminal buildings. Centered between its owner cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport also serves as a major economic generator for the North Texas region, producing over $37 billion in economic impact each year by connecting people through business and leisure travel.
