ConductorOne Raises $79 Million Series B To Scale the World’s First AI-Native Identity Security Platform

Greycroft, Accel, Felicis, and CrowdStrike Falcon Fund back ConductorOne’s mission to secure the workforce as AI drives an explosion of identity complexity across the enterprise

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ConductorOne, the world’s first AI-native identity security platform, today announced $79M in Series B funding, bringing total capital raised to more than $100 million to date. The round was led by Greycroft with participation from strategic investor CrowdStrike Falcon Fund and existing investors Accel, Felicis Ventures, and others.

“The AI era has fundamentally reshaped identity security. The scale of identity sprawl is beyond what today’s organizations and solutions can handle and only growing more complex,” said Alex Bovee, Co-founder and CEO of ConductorOne.Share

ConductorOne’s rapid enterprise expansion and latest funding establish the company as the clear market leader as organizations replace fragmented legacy tools with a modern, AI-native platform built to secure every identity—human, non-human, and AI. The company manages millions of identities across its platform and is trusted by Fortune 500 and hypergrowth enterprises including Zscaler, Ramp, and DoorDash, reflecting the surge in customer adoption of AI-native identity solutions.

Identity has become the number one enterprise attack surface, with 82 percent of organizations experiencing a cyberattack or breach in the past year due to improper access or over-privileged users1. AI is pushing identity counts to levels legacy systems were never designed to handle, fueling a surge 100x today’s scale. Traditional IGA, IAM, and PAM solutions, often cobbled together from point products with bolted-on AI, cannot keep pace.

ConductorOne was built AI-native from day one, unifying IGA, IAM, and PAM into a single platform to transform how identity is secured in the modern workforce. With powerful connectors and automation and AI at its core, the platform delivers stronger security and meaningful productivity gains, enabling true least privilege at scale. The platform automates identity security end to end, eliminating the manual work traditionally required—doing the work of two full-time employees and driving a 95% reduction in IT effort for access requests.

“The AI era has fundamentally reshaped identity security. The scale of identity sprawl is beyond what today’s organizations and solutions can handle and only growing more complex,” said Alex Bovee, Co-founder and CEO of ConductorOne. “This AI-driven complexity can only be managed with AI-native solutions that can scale and automate at the same pace. This funding supports our mission to build the first AI-native identity security platform that secures every identity—human, non-human, and AI—so companies can move faster, safer.”

ConductorOne will use the funding to accelerate product innovation, expand adoption across the enterprise, grow its world-class team, and continue delivering exceptional support and outcomes for its customers. Planned product advancements include expanded AI-driven automation, actionable dashboards and analytics, and modern directory management capabilities. The platform can operate as a comprehensive standalone solution or operate with existing legacy systems side-by-side to solve new pain points and gradually migrate operations.

Marcie Vu, Partner at Greycroft, will be joining the board of ConductorOne, bringing over 25 years of strategic and financial advisory expertise in the AI, software, and technology sectors to support Alex, Paul Querna, Co-founder and CTO, and the ConductorOne team.

“As AI-driven application and agent development increases and enterprises wrangle with an exponential number of identities, identity management has never been more complex,” said Vu. “ConductorOne’s AI-first approach is exactly what companies need to navigate these challenges. With Alex and Paul’s deep identity domain expertise and ConductorOne’s customer-obsessed culture, this team is uniquely positioned to take on this massive opportunity.”

“I’ve had experience with legacy vendors in this space and it’s a night and day difference—in the way you can use the product, in the onboarding time, in the time to value, and how you’re treated as a customer,” said Matthew Sullivan, Infrastructure Security Team Leader at Instacart.

Flex has closed a $60 million Series B equity round led by Portage, bringing total equity raised to $105 million. In the last year, the company has quadrupled revenue and tripled its payments volume to $3 billion as it scales its all-in-one business and personal finance platform for high-net-worth middle-market business owners. Running a profitable middle-market business has become one of the most complex financial jobs in America, with owners often juggling more than ten disconnected systems to manage their money. Flex was created to give these high net worth owners a single place to run both their business and personal finances. This latest $60 Million equity round, followed by its $200 Million debt and $25 Million equity raise announced earlier this year, builds on a period of rapid hypergrowth. In just 12 months, Flex has grown revenue fourfold and increased annualized total payments volume from $1 billion to $3 billion across a suite of products, positioning Flex as one of the fastest-growing fintech companies at scale with best-in-class capital efficiency.

Flex is building the category-defining company solving this gap for high net worth business owners with a five-pillar strategy built around private credit, a business finance stack, a personal finance stack, payment solutions, and an ERP built for middle market businesses. Once owners experience the benefits of the Flex Credit Card, they often go on to adopt Flex’s banking, payments, working capital, and expense management tools to replace fragmented legacy systems. This integrated model has allowed Flex to scale with high efficiency and has created a strong foundation for its expansion into personal finance.

Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape. Trillions of dollars in infrastructure, from energy projects and advanced manufacturing to data centers and critical mineral facilities, must be built in the next decade. But large construction projects are slower and more expensive today than they were half a century ago. Unlimited Industries, a California-based company using AI to rethink how infrastructure gets built, has raised $12 million in seed funding to change that. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with participation from leading industry investors. The capital will accelerate Unlimited’s expansion and further develop its proprietary AI platform – one designed to make large-scale engineering and construction faster, cheaper, and more ambitious.

Unlike traditional construction firms or standard software companies, Unlimited is an AI-native construction company that both designs and builds. Its proprietary platform can generate and evaluate hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel, automatically identifying optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. By integrating AI-driven design with its own vertically integrated engineering and construction teams, Unlimited eliminates the costly handoffs and misaligned incentives that have defined the industry for decades.

In a statement Alex Modon, Co-Founder and CEO of Unlimited Industries said, “Advances in AI mean we can finally build the physical world the way we build software.” “The traditional construction model is slow, brittle, and fundamentally misaligned. Our approach replaces static design choices with a dynamic, data-driven process that learns from every project. The result is faster, cheaper, and more successful projects.”

Unlimited is an AI-native construction company headquartered in San Francisco. Today, the company designs and builds across energy infrastructure, data centers, critical minerals, and advanced manufacturing, helping developers build with greater speed, ambition, and efficiency. Their mission is to build a future of radical physical abundance by automating construction end-to-end. The company was founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan.
