Complex Community Federal Credit Union to spend $1,300,000.00 to occupy 3,940 square feet of space in Odessa Texas.
Odessa, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Complex Community Federal Credit Union plans to invest $1,300,000.00 to build out 3,940 square feet of new space in Odessa. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4519 E. 51st Street in Odessa, on or about April 1, 2027. According to the company website In 1958, an employee of El Paso Natural Gas Products Company Petrochemical Complex needed a new car, however, due to his financial situation, he was unable to secure a loan. After hearing the need, a small group of his team members met to discuss how they could help. Pooling their money, they extended him a loan at a modest interest rate and just like that, this credit union was born. That small box held the groups deposits, and a ledger recorded the names of those first members and their financial activity. Those few people with a desire to help a friend could have no idea what the future would hold. Weve come a long way from that bottom drawer, yet our desire to live out the universal credit union promise of people helping people has never waivered. This promise, along with hard work, integrity, commitment to community and an entrepreneurial spirit have served us well.
