Richardson, Texas — According to state and local development sources, City of Richardson plans to invest $65,000,000.00 to build out 98,500 square feet of new space in Richardson. The company plans to occupy the new space at 411 W. Arapaho Rd. in Richardson, on or about December 1, 2026.
